The cost of the move is calculated using a tariff which takes into account the total weight of your shipment, and the distance from Toronto to Vancouver, which is approximately 2727 miles. 

The truck is weighed before and after loading your furniture and personal effects. The actual weight of your household goods will determine your final charges, which are subject to minimum charge based on 500 lbs.

Our charges include:
 - the local pickup at your residence
 - blanket-wrapping all furniture
 - tag and list (inventorying)
 - typical disassembly and reassembly (beds, dressers, mirrors, etc)
 - scaling the truck at a weigh-scale, and any related costs
 - cross-Canada shipping via tractor-trailer to your residence, assuming normal access for a large truck. (If a shuttle by a smaller truck is required, an additional shuttle charge will apply. We will check out whether a shuttle is required when you advise us of your destination address.)
 - status updates regarding your delivery date
 - inside delivery and placement within your destination residence

Professional movers will arrive in uniform. Each moving crew is equipped with cellular phones, dollies and tools. Floor runners will be laid to protect your floors.

Long term storage and short term storage is available in Toronto or in Vancouver, should you need to park your shipment in a secure place.
