Can I leave my furniture for a
long time or is this for short term storage?
Your furniture will be stored safe and sound for as long as you need.
Is your warehouse climate controlled?
Yes - it is a climate controlled and pest controlled warehouse. 
The concrete block warehouse is monitored by a 24 hour security
system, and equipped with sprinklers throughout.
Will my things be securely and safely
stored?
All shipments coming to our storage warehouse are palletized in a 7 X 7 X 5 ft wooden
storage container for extra
protection and security.
Each pallet (or crate) is labelled with the particulars of
your storage lot, such as your name, the date it came into our warehouse,
and the total number of pallets you have.
How many pallets will I need?
Normally we estimate one room of furniture or 1200 lbs of furniture can be
stored in each pallet. Each pallet is exclusive to one owner. None are
shared.
How is my furniture protected?
Furniture is individually blanket-wrapped and gently placed to fill each pallet. Light coloured
upholstered pieces are wrapped in plastic for extra protection.
What if some things won't fit into the pallets?
Bulky items which will not fit inside the pallets are stored on racks in
our warehouse.
Where is your warehouse?
Our warehouse and office are conveniently located in upper Toronto close to all major highways - 400, 401, 404 and 407, and the Allen
Expressway (Dufferin).
Do I have to pay for a year in advance?
No - you can pay each month. For your convenience we accept email transfers, Visa, and MasterCard.
